Booking The 211

Engineers who book studio time at The 211 will have access to professional recording equipment and a comfortable space to record high-quality tracks with their clients. 

If you have previously rented the space, please book now. If you are new to The 211, please contact Watchman for an initial consultation.

"You break it you buy it"

In your initial consultation as an engineer, you will be required to sign a contract that essentially states "you break it, you buy it."


Cancellation and rescheduling policy.

Unfortunately, cancellations made within 3 days of a booked appointment will forfeit half the cost of booking.

Within the cancellation timeframe, clients may reschedule to a date within the following 7 days (if possible) of the booked time and receive a refund of 75%.
